What do you eat with a frittata?

A frittata is a type of Italian omelet that can be served hot or cold, making it a great option for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. It can be enjoyed on its own, but is often served with bread, salad, or roasted vegetables.

Some popular accompaniments to a frittata include roasted potatoes and greens like spinach or kale. Fresh herbs like basil and chives can also be added for extra flavor. For a complete meal, you could also add a side of bacon, sausage, or ham.
